By checking this box, you are agreeing that (a) you have fully read and agree to Texas Coffee School's Terms & Conditions, (b) you have reviewed the course description and Refund & Rescheduling Policy more than 14 days before the course start date, (c) you understand that no exceptions will be made to our Refund & Rescheduling Policy, (d) you understand that Texas Coffee School does not offer refunds if you or anyone you register cancels, is unable to attend, or does not attend class, (e) you understand that rescheduling is only allowed if all requirements in our Refund & Rescheduling Policy are met and that a 15% rescheduling fee applies*, (f) you understand that Texas Coffee School is not a career school or vocational school as defined by the Texas Education Code, (g) you understand that Meta Ray-Ban glasses and all other smart glasses capable of recording audio or video are not allowed anywhere inside our building, even when turned off, and that audio/video recording of class presentations is also prohibited*, (h) you understand that these policies apply to everyone you register, and you are responsible for making sure they know the rules before attending, and (i) you and everyone you register consent to the collection and storage of personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
