TRAINING PROFESSIONAL – BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) | Arlington, TX | Full Time

Are you a coffee professional looking for meaningful work that actually matters? Maybe you’re tired of early mornings, unpredictable shifts, and limited growth? At Texas Coffee School, you’ll have a consistent schedule, clear expectations, and a real opportunity to grow your career in specialty coffee.

This is an opportunity to join a small, purpose-driven team helping everyday people build independent coffee shops across the country, and around the world. Your work will directly contribute to people turning their dream of owning a coffee business into reality, and uplifting the communities they serve.

About Us

Texas Coffee School is the nationally recognized leader in coffee business education. For more than 15 years, we’ve helped hundreds of students open and grow successful independent coffee businesses across the United States and beyond.

We’re a small, passionate team that takes pride in delivering an experience that transforms lives. Our 5-star Google and Facebook rating has held steady for over 15 years; not because we chase perfection, but because we care deeply, push ourselves, and hold the bar high. Students travel from across the country to train with us because our track record of real-world success is unmatched. Now we’re looking for a full-time Bilingual Training Professional to help us expand our reach and teach the next generation of independent coffee business owners.

The Role

This is a full-time, salaried position based at our Arlington, TX training facility. As a Bilingual Training Professional, you’ll learn, master, then teach our hands-on coffee education and business curriculum to aspiring entrepreneurs and their staff—in both English and Spanish. You’ll lead classroom sessions, demonstrate professional barista skills using commercial equipment, and guide students through the fundamentals of launching and operating a successful coffee business.

You’ll also contribute to our consulting projects, support day-to-day training operations, and help continually improve our programs. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about specialty coffee, mentoring, entrepreneurship, loves teaching, and wants to grow their career by helping others build theirs.

This is an in-person role, with work expected five days per week at our Arlington, TX facility. A typical workweek follows our company schedule:

Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Fridays: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturdays: 8:15 AM – 6:00 PM
Sundays: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM

Why You’ll Love it Here

Full-Time, Without the Burnout
Enjoy a consistent Wednesday through Sunday schedule that rarely exceeds 40 hours. No late nights. No chaos. Just focused, meaningful work.

Real Impact
You won’t just teach. You’ll inspire. Your work empowers students to start real businesses, change their lives, and strengthen their communities.

Mission-Driven Team
Join a small, passionate crew that believes in specialty coffee, entrepreneurship, and doing work that matters. We back each other, and we aim high.

Growth That Matters
This is more than a job. It’s a chance to grow into a mentor, shape the student experience, and contribute to a mission bigger than yourself.

Perks That Support You

  • Competitive salary plus performance bonuses

  • Health insurance available after 4 months

  • 10 days paid vacation after 6 months, with the potential to increase after year one
