Turn Your Coffee Experience Into Something Bigger
You have a foundation in specialty coffee. You’re smart, driven, and dependable, but maybe you feel like you’ve hit a ceiling. If you’re looking for a path with purpose, structure, and real room to grow, this could be the opportunity you’ve been working toward.
At Texas Coffee School, we help everyday people across the country and around the world build thriving, independent coffee businesses. As part of our team, you won’t just teach. You’ll empower. You’ll guide students from idea to launch, and see their success take shape in the real world. There’s nothing quite like watching someone open their own shop, knowing you played a meaningful role in their journey.
It’s the kind of work that feels deeply rewarding. You’ll help change lives, strengthen communities, and play a part in shaping the future of the specialty coffee industry.
We’re now hiring a Bilingual Training Professional to help us expand that reach and teach the next generation of coffee entrepreneurs in both English and Spanish.
This is a full-time, salaried position based at our Arlington, TX campus. As a Bilingual Training Professional, you’ll first learn our hands-on coffee and business curriculum. Then you’ll teach it to aspiring entrepreneurs and their teams in both English and Spanish.
Your day-to-day will include leading classroom sessions, teaching barista skills on professional equipment, and guiding students through the essentials of opening and running successful coffee shops. You’ll also support consulting projects, assist with training operations, and help evolve our programs over time.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a teaching and mentorship capacity, has a strong foundation in specialty coffee, and wants to grow their career by helping others build theirs.
You don’t need to be a coffee business training expert on day one. Our structured internal training program is designed to equip the right person with everything they need to succeed. If you bring a strong foundation in coffee, communication skills, and drive to grow, we’ll help you rise quickly.
Our workweek runs Wednesday through Sunday and rarely exceeds 40 hours. With three immersive teaching days and two lighter prep and planning days, the schedule supports both performance and life balance.
Compensation is fair and competitive, based on your experience and ability to shine. For the right person, this role offers a clear path to long-term growth in a respected, purpose-driven company.
Meaningful Work
You’ll help people turn their dream of owning a coffee shop into something real. Your guidance will shape new businesses, support families, and positively influence communities across the country and beyond.
Clear Growth Path
We don’t just hand you a role and wish you luck. Our training ladder provides a defined path from Educator in Training to Master Training Professional, with ongoing mentorship and leadership development along the way.
Team You Can Count On
We’re a small, focused group that takes pride in our craft. We care about doing things the right way, showing up for each other, and staying aligned around a shared mission.
Stable Schedule, Strong Culture
Our structured Wednesday through Sunday rhythm makes room for both performance and life outside of work. We plan ahead, protect our time, and build smart systems that let us focus on what matters.
