Working at Texas Coffee School means being part of something that matters. For more than 16 years, we’ve helped entrepreneurs across the U.S. and abroad open and grow profitable coffee businesses. Founded in 2010, Texas Coffee School has grown into a nationally recognized institution supported by a team of dedicated in-house educators. At the core is our Coffeepreneur® program, built to give aspiring owners the tools, confidence, and systems to turn an idea into a thriving business. Today, our alumni run hundreds of successful coffee shops and mobile ventures, creating jobs, fueling local economies, and shaping the future of specialty coffee.
Beyond building businesses, our passion is empowering people to create lives of freedom, purpose, and community impact through coffee. That mission is what drives our team, and it’s why the work here truly matters.
YOU’VE BEEN THE ONE DOING THE WORK. NOW OWN THE OUTCOME.
You’ve built campaigns that generated revenue, not just impressions. You’ve written emails people actually opened, analyzed funnels, and figured out where they leaked. You’ve done it with limited resources because that’s how it works at your company. And yet the role you’re in doesn’t match what you’re capable of. You want ownership, not tasks. You want to see the direct line between what you do and what the business earns.
At Texas Coffee School, you’ll own two mandates from day one: fill more seats in our classes and build the systems that turn our alumni into a long-term revenue channel. Enrollment growth is the immediate priority. The alumni engagement system is a parallel build you’ll design and develop as you get established. As you integrate and prove your capabilities, the role expands into full ownership of the marketing function. This growth path is structured and intentional. You won’t be asked to do everything immediately. You will be expected to grow into everything over time.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Texas Coffee School is the nationally recognized leader in coffee business education. Since 2010, we’ve helped entrepreneurs across all 50 states open and grow profitable, independent coffee businesses. More than 750 coffee shops have opened as a direct result of our training. We have a growing alumni base, a flagship product many graduates call “life-changing,” and significant room to grow. What we don’t have is a dedicated in-house marketing person turning all of that into its full potential.
THE ROLE
This is a demand generation and alumni engagement role at a small, high-performing company. You’ll work directly with the founder and CEO, a former award-winning advertising creative director with decades of experience in brand strategy, messaging, and consumer psychology. That means a real seat at the table, direct influence on business decisions, and the kind of hands-on mentorship in marketing and business strategy that most mid-level roles at bigger companies will never offer you. You’ll own the marketing strategy for class enrollment growth, coordinate execution across internal team members and external contractors, and build a post-graduation engagement system that doesn’t currently exist. External contractors handle paid media and content today. You’ll own the strategy across all efforts from the start, with a clear path toward managing content, social, and paid media directly as the role expands.
Every class you help fill puts someone on the path to building a business that changes their life and the community they serve.
SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday. On-site at our Arlington, TX facility. Rarely exceeds 40 hours per week. You’ll work from our training facility alongside the training team, in an environment where you can see the direct impact of your work every class day.

TURN YOUR COFFEE EXPERIENCE INTO SOMETHING BIGGER
You have a foundation in specialty coffee. You’re smart, dependable, and driven. But maybe you feel like you’ve hit a ceiling. If you’re looking for a role with more purpose, more structure, and room to grow, this could be the opportunity you’ve been working toward.
At Texas Coffee School, we help people across the country build thriving, independent coffee businesses. As part of our training team, you won’t just teach coffee skills. You’ll guide students from idea to launch and see their success unfold in the real world. Few roles offer that kind of visibility into the impact of your work. There’s nothing quite like watching someone open their own shop knowing you helped make it happen.
THE ROLE
This role teaches Texas Coffee School’s curriculum to entrepreneurs opening coffee businesses and to their staff. You’ll deliver hands-on coffee education using professional equipment and teach our proven business curriculum for starting, operating, and growing a coffee shop.
This is a full-time, salaried position based at our Arlington, TX facility. You will also assist with day-to-day operations, customer experience, and coffee business consulting projects.
Strong public speaking and communication skills in leading a room of adult students is essential. Previous experience in the specialty coffee industry, is required.
TRAINING AND GROWTH
You don’t need to be a coffee business expert on day one. Our internal training system is structured, intensive, and built to develop the right person quickly. You’ll be learning fast, practicing often, and getting consistent feedback and coaching the entire way.
This role offers a clear path for growth within our company. The right candidate will be challenged, supported, and given increasing responsibility and compensation as they prove they can perform at a high level.
SCHEDULE
Our work schedule is Wednesday through Sunday. We rarely exceed 40 hours per week. We highly value quality of life and offer a unique schedule that allows our training team to complete most responsibilities across three immersive class days, with two shorter and lighter prep days to start the workweek.
