MARKETING SPECIALIST (Mid Level)

Marketing Specialist (Mid Level) | Arlington, TX | Full Time | Hybrid

We’re a 14-year-old company dedicated to helping people start and grow their own independent coffee shops. Our team is all about collaboration, growth, and a healthy work-life integration that respects your personal time. It’s a testament to who we are as a team and what we strive for every day. People fly in from all around the country, and even different parts of the world to take our classes. We’re looking for a Mid Level Marketing Specialist who is ready to jump in, take the reins, and help us elevate our marketing game.

The Role

As our in-house Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the intersection of all of our marketing efforts. You’ll create engaging visual content, manage our social media presence, and collaborate with our CEO, ad agencies, and external specialists to bring strategies to life. This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to do work you’re proud of and see the direct impact on our business and our community of Coffeepreneurs®. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of 4 days in the office every week. There will be weekend work each week for creating content in live classes, but it never goes late.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create Visual Content: Create engaging still and video visuals for our socials, blog, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage Social Media: Develop and manage our social media accounts, engaging with our community and growing our reach.
  • Coordinate Campaigns: Work with our ad agencies and external specialists to ensure our marketing efforts are cohesive and effective. Be the in-house conduit of our marketing efforts.
  • Implement Strategies: Turn big-picture ideas into actionable plans and execute them brilliantly.
  • Demand Generation: Improve sales, engagement, and reach through effective marketing strategies.
  • Analyze and Report: Track our marketing performance and share insights to help us keep improving.
  • Tools: Use/Implement the latest marketing tools to streamline our efforts and get the best results.

Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably within an agency or on an in-house marketing team, with a proven track record of success. (Internships, student organizations, and freelancing do not meet the experience requirement for this role.)
  • Portfolio Requirement: A portfolio is required, showcasing examples of marketing campaigns, social content creation, social media management, case studies, and other relevant work that demonstrates your skills and experience.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient with digital marketing, Apple/Mac computer + phone,  photography, graphic design + video editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of social media, SEO, and SEM, with the ability to use them effectively.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills to track performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects without close supervision.
  • Creativity: A visionary thinker who loves tackling challenges and brings innovative solutions to the table.
  • AvailabilityMust be available to work at least 4 days per week in the office, with 1 day from home. The work week for this role is Tue-Sat to accommodate live content creation during classes on Fri and Sat. (We don’t work late)
