Classes begin promptly at 9:00 AM and we open our doors to students no sooner than 15 minutes beforehand.  The daily class schedule is listed at the bottom of the class page you were just on.

IMPORTANT: Please use this map to get to our training center.  We’ve had numerous students over the past several months using the Apple Maps and Google Maps apps tell us they were getting taken to an entirely different location. (If you are in a residential neighborhood, you are in the wrong place.)

Dress is casual/comfortable, we recommend bringing a sweater or jacket as our building can sometimes be a little cold in the mornings before all the equipment is fully heated up. Please avoid wearing scented lotions, colognes, or perfumes as it will affect yours and your classmates ability to effectively taste and evaluate coffee.

If you are flying in from out of the area, we highly suggest renting a vehicle because the Dallas Metroplex is very spread out and cab/Uber fares will cost you about the same.
