Coffee Shop Recipes: Sweet Potato Latte

We love offering something a little different than the typical “PSL” this time of year—try a sweet potato latte, instead. This sweet potato sauce recipe creates amazingly rich drinks. It’s almost like drinking a liquid sweet potato pie! While our recipe uses canned sweet potatoes for convenience, you can certainly use fresh. This recipe can easily be scaled up to a larger batch size.
